My mental health self-assessments
There are four sorts of mental heath problem that you can assess:
i) depression and anxiety
ii) traumatic stress
iii) psychosis
iv) emotional over expressiveness
There may be times when a person is experiencing such a severity of mental illness that they are unable to make their own decisions or are a danger to themselves or others. In these cases the law provides for the wellbeing and safety of that individual and for the safety of the general public.

⚠️ Note that self-completion questionnaires are not diagnostic of a problem, rather high scores point to a problem being more likely. A diagnosis should be confirmed by a suitably qualified practitioner.
RESULT uses the best available brief measures:
Depression and anxiety - PHQ9 and GAD7 (9 & 7 questions)
Post traumatic stress disorder - PCL (17 questions)
Psychosis - PQ16 (16 questions)
Personality disorder - BPC (9 questions)
